Who are you people?
TinyMega Photo is a team of photographers, programmers, printers and a little
mutt that loves hot dogs. Our idea has grown into a visually stimulating environment
that gives amateurs and pros alike a way to display, market, and profit from
their work via fine prints, wearable designs and decorative products. Photographers
are utilizing TinyMega Photo as another way to generate income and promote
their work to a large audience. Members use TinyMega to beautifully present,
manufacture, sell and ship their images to customers all over.
How much do photographers earn?
Photographers earn approx 50% of net profit on all merchandise sales.
How is payment handled, and how often?
Payments to photographers are made via paypal or check on a bimonthly basis.
What are your submission and content guidelines?
To submit work you must 1st register and create a TinyMega Photo account.
Once registered you will have the ability to upload images. Submission size
will determine the products that can be produced with your photos. All content
must be within copyright and federal law. Please visit our terms of use for
a full content disclaimer. We currently accept images as jpgs, gif, or png
via our upload page. Jpegs are the preferred format.
How large a file size do you require?
Higher the resolution of images the higher the quality.
Recommended minimum resolution of 150 dpi at final print size. Ideal resolution
300 dpi at full size.
Submission size will determine the products that can be produced with your
photos. If you want to be able to have people buy your work as shower curtains
or large format prints then you will need to submit larger images.
10 MB jpg approx 4000 X 2500 or larger allows you to produce all product
3-5 MB jpg approx 2000 X 1500 allows you to product most of our products
1 MB or less will produce many of our products, but not large format prints,
shower curtains or table cloths.

Are fine-art nudes allowed?
Yes, however anything considered pornographic is not allowed.
What products do you offer?
We currently offer product for your home, closet, kids, dogs, and walls. Shower curtains, pillows, table cloths, placemats, candles, framed prints, prints on wood, glass, metal, plexy, shirts, scarfs, baby clothes, and more. Check out our store for the full product line and details.
How do you protect the privacy of the information I submit to you?
We don't sell, share or divulge your personal information, including your

Which browsers are compatible with this site?
We strive to maintain cross platform multiple browser compatibility. We use
modern browser technologies such as CSS, Java Script, DHTML, SSL, and Flash
plug-ins. Additionally, our site requires that cookies be enabled or your
computer. Plug-ins, such as Macromedia Flash, should be installed and running
on your computer. This site also packages some materials in downloadable file
formats that require additional software such as Adobe Acrobat. In the event
you experience difficulties please resort to one of the following recommended
browsers: Safari v3 or higher, Explorer v6 or higher, or Firefox v2or higher.
Does my browser need to accept cookies?
Yes. This website requires a browser that is enabled to accept cookies.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products we sell all sales are final. Unless the
product is found to be defective, we cannot accept returns as the products
are custom and can't be resold. Since we are not able to resell customers
print products, we do not accept returns. If the delivered product is damaged
or has a quality control problem, please contact us via email: admin@TinyMegaphoto.com

How many photos can I upload for free?
When you have a free TinyMega Photo account, you can upload 250 MB worth of
photos. That equates to 50 5 MB images, 25 10 MB images etc.
If you find yourself hitting your limit upgrade to a bigger gallery
with a Pro account which includes display priority, search priority, more
custom gallery options, and 5 gigs of space! That's 5 times the storage
space of most photo sharing sites!
Are my photos ever deleted?
No, your photos will not be deleted, unless you do it yourself, or fail to
play by our Community Guidelines.

How do I upload my photos?
Uploading photos is easy. Once you're a registered member, log in, select
upload and follow the easy instructions. 5 MB to 10 MB images work best for
our larger products. Once your photos are uploaded, you'll receive an upload
confirmation message. Now your photos live on the site and will remain there
unless you deleted them.
Is there a limit on the number of photos I can have?
With a free account you have 250 MB of space to use as you wish. We recommend
10 MB images for full use of our product with exceptional quality. 5 MB images
will print everything but shower curtains, table clothes and prints larger
than 24" x 36". That's 25 10 MB images, 50 5 MB images and so on.
Are there limits on file sizes or file types for uploads?
Yes you can only upload jpeg images up to 100 MB at a time.
How can I change the look of my photo gallery?
Choose “Customize” from the red navigation bar on your home page. Add
background images, change the layout and title. Change your gallery to suit
your mood.
Can I delete photos from my galleries?
Yes. Just click on the DELETE link next to the photo you wish to remove on the edit images page of your user gallery. To delete an intire gallery of images click on the DELETE link next to the gallery you wish to remove on the home page of your user gallery in the "Update a gallery" section.
Can I have the same photo in 2 different galleries?
Yes. Just upload it again in the gallery of your choice.

Where can I see other people's photos?
You can cruise our user galleries from our home page or gallery page. Just click thumnails on any page to view larger images and get links to photograhers' galleries. Or just type a word in our search box and it see what
ya get.
I'd like to use a photo I found on TinyMega Photo. How do I do that?
Every photo on our site is meant to be seen and used. Once you've found the perfect photo click "buy now". You will be taken to our store to choose from one of the many products we offer. (coming soon... purchase a photo for download.) If there's something you'd like to use a photo for that is not currently covered in our site please send us an email with your request. admin@TinyMegaphoto.com
What are tags?
Tags are words used to describe an image. These descriptive words
will help people find your image when they type in the same word in our
search box. Type in as many tags as you can think of that help to describe
your image. People finding your image = people buying your image.
Is there a limit on the number of tags I can add to a photo?
Yes. You are limited to 500 characters total, and all tags should pertain to your image.
Why aren't my photos appearing in styles or searches?
You must add tags to your photos for them to show up in a search. You must select the appropriate style for your image to be listed in the style search. The best time to do this is when you upload your images. You can also add tags and select styles on the "edit images" page once logged in to your user area.
How do I make a gallery?
Once you've uploaded your images edit and customize your gallery from the link options on your gallery home page. customize lets you set the background, title, and layout for your gallery. When it looks right, hit the “Publish
Gallery” button and you're done.
How can I make changes to my gallery?
Just log in and select "edit images" to change titles, tags, and styles; select "customize" from the red menu to update the background, gallery title, and layout. Click “Publish gallery” when you're finished to submit your changes.
How do I customize my gallery?
Log in and select "customize" from the red menu bar. From there you'll be able to select a layout, add a background, and title your gallery.
What is oldskool?
Oldskool is our answer to older browsers and operating systems. If you find you are having difficulties with any of the pages in our site try viewing via the oldskool link.
How will people find my gallery?
People find your gallery through searches, and while viewing pages on TinyMega Photo. When someone searches for a word that you have used to tag your image they will find you. Visitors can search by username on the gallery or search pages, or select a style of photos to view. And don't forget to check out our promotion tools to help get the word out!
After uploading and customizing my gallery, how long until my photos
are up for sale?
Your photos will appear as soon as they have been uploaded in the thumbnails and search results on TinyMega Photo. That means they are ready for sale immediately! If you have customized your gallery you will need to go throught the customization process after each new upload to show new images in your gallery.
How do I invite my friends into TinyMega Photo?
We've got promotional tools to invite your friends to see your galleries.
Just log on and select the promote link from your user homepage for more info.
How can I find my friends on TinyMega Photo?
Just type in their username and click the "Search by User" button on the search page.
I forgot my password!!
Nice job champ. Happens all the time. Click the "I forgot my password" link
on the log in page. Enter your email address and username. You'll receive an email with instructions.
How do I purchase a print, tattoos, scarf or shower curtain?
There is a “Buy now” button next to or above our larger images on every page. Just click it and you will be taken to our store front to choose from our wide range of photo goods. Choose your options and checkout!
You supply payment and shipping info then get a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
How does cropping work?
If you select a product that requires cropping of your image - you will be presented with a crop option in the shopping cart. Just click the crop link and follow the instructions.
What happens if I buy my own photography on products or prints? Do I
still get my share of the net profit?
Yes, of course. Any purchase of your work is treated the same. All profits
from purchases will be allocated to your account and will be paid on a bi-monthly
basis.

How long will it take to receive my Stuff?
10 to 14 days max. Some products ship within 24 hours. Due to the custom nature of our products, some require
less or more time to manufacture than others. We always try to get it to you
a quickly as possible.
How do I know when my image sells?
You'll receive an email when your image sells. Also, new sales will appear
in your sales history accessible from the sales link in your user area once logged in.
